Elizabeth Teske
Director of Property Management
Elizabeth Teske joined DP Partners in 2009 as Director of Property Management. She is responsible for overseeing all property management activities across the country including company owned assets and third-party contracts.
Teske is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a licensed real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining DP Partners, she worked as the Director for Property Management for CB Richard Ellis where she was responsible for overseeing service delivery of over 15 million square feet of office, retail and industrial real estate properties in both Reno and Sacramento. She joined CB Richard Ellis through the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2006. With Trammel Crow, Teske had been responsible for property management in the state of Nevada. This included over 3.5 million square feet of ground-up development, and assisted with over 8 million square feet of transitions and construction management services for over $48 million in tenant and capital improvements.
Teske has worked with institutional investors, realty/pension fund advisors, private ownership entities and many Fortune 500 tenants. Her notable client list includes AMB, CM Capital, ING Clarion, Intuit, Invesco, Kennedy & Associates, Microsoft, RREEF, UPS, USAA, Utah State Retirement Fund and Washington Capital.
Over the course of her extensive career Teske has been recognized for her extraordinary achievements. She is the recipient of the Property Manager of the Year for both 2007 and 2008 as well as given the 2008 Extra Mile Award at the industry's annual Summit Awards. She was also recognized as a "Women in Achievement," is a founding member of CREW of Northern Nevada, and served as Treasurer for that organization in 2008. She is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM).
