Dermody Properties Foundation Funding Guidelines:

The Foundation staff strives to evaluate requests in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure this, please make certain that each grant request includes a copy of the following:

  • Completed one-page grant request application
  • IRS verification of 501 (c) (3) status
  • Board of Directors list
  • Current operating budget

Grants typically range from $500 to $3,000.

Grant Cycle:

Applications are mailed out in July and all requests for funding must be submitted in writing to the Foundation by mid-August of each year.

Initially, all requests are evaluated by the Foundation Administrator. The Foundation’s Board of Directors then reviews each grant request and are solely responsible for making the final determination at their annual meeting in November.
