  • Managing transactions with a fully staffed, in-house Leasing and Marketing Department for Dermody Properties/DP Partners assets;
  • Outsourcing leasing to brokerage companies for Dermody Properties/DP Partners assets;
  • Partnering with national pension advisors for assets owned by third parties; and
  • Working with the brokerage community for industrial properties.

Regardless of the transaction scope, client type, or leasing platform, our professionals involved with a lease transaction analyze all aspects of the deal (property, size, term, rate, tenant credit, TIs, return, etc.) while considering the current market conditions (vacancies, demand, forecasts, etc.) and the objectives of the portfolio (cash flow, occupancy, valuations, etc.).
